The FHA appraiser won't sign off on our financing until the siding on the north side of the sun porch is replaced. This is new information. We're supposed to close at 9AM tomorrow. That pisses me off also. I don't know what's going to happen with that yet.
I talked to an attorney who specializes in Landlord/Tenant law. He said that it sounds like I have a pretty good case to be moving out, so that's good. The only downside to that is that it means I really should patch up the hole in the wall and clean up where Bailey chewed a corner up a little bit, rather than just leave the place looking like ass.
So I'm a bit cranky today. Anyone want to tell me how to get away with shooting an insurance company in the face?
