Midnight Club 2

I think I may have been wrong about the difficulty of this game. There are three cities that you race in. First you're in L.A., then you go to Paris, then Tokyo. In the first game, it was New York and London. The races were all fairly easy except the boss of New York which was almost freaking impossible, the boss of London, and the World Champ. There were basically two levels of race difficulty - boss and non-boss. MC2 is different, which is a good thing. Wednesday night I beat all the L.A. races except the boss. Last night I raced that guy about five times before I finally took him, and now I'm into Paris. Most of the Paris races so far have been about as difficult as the L.A. boss race, which is definitely an improvement. You just can't win it the first time. Doing it this way requires you to memorize the course, at least where the important turns and shortcuts are. So that's fun.

But...

Last night I got much more into the online aspect of it. Now THAT is FUN. I've only unlocked about a third of the cars, but I can still compete. One of the game options is Capture The Flag. I played a few games of that online last night... GOOD TIMES. Is it bad when the only reason I want to beat the game is so I can unlock all the cars for online play? If not for that, I think I'd just go strictly online. I am digging it.
