When I realized I was losing weight, I decided my target weight was 150. HAPPINESS! That means I've lost almost 35 pounds this year!
Best part is, I'm not doing jack! I did change my diet: I stopped drinking milk altogether (which had the bonus of completely curing a certain digestive issue I was being plagued with), I stopped drinking soda pop and caffeine for the most part, and I mostly stopped eating beef. My meat now consists mainly of turkey and chicken, with some pork and a little fish. But, no exercise! I don't give a damn about my carb intake! I'm not avoiding things like desserts and stuff. w00t!
