So, I'm at work this morning, but still feeling horrid.  I'm probably going to head home at lunch.  I'm caught up at work and feeling queasy and tired and weak and grumpy and just generally sh!tty.  I talked to my doctor's nurse and she said that I shouldn't really worry about following up unless I still feel bad after finishing my antibiotic prescription, so I guess I'm not in mortal danger just yet.

Other than that I don't even have anything to talk about.  FCK, I just want to feel better!
