OMG exhausted

so, my aunt who has been fighting brain cancer for a year finally passed on Friday. this meant that I had to take an additional two days off work. Monday morning my brother and I drove 500 miles to Sioux Falls, SD for the family viewing. Stayed the night at the house of someone I've never met. Tuesday morning we went to the service, Tuesday afternoon we went to the burial, and last night I drove 500 miles back home, arriving at a quarter after midnight.

So yeah, I drove 1000 miles in 2 days. Fun.

Out of the last 12 work days, I've been here for FOUR of them.

But, my baby's cute!

Ok, off to attack the pile of e-mails and voice mails which I'm sure are waiting for me.
