You know what I absolutely love? I love going out to breakfast. Not Denny's or IHOP, but some greasy spoon dive place. We have a good selection of them around here - Toc's, Dutch's Cafe, or my favorite, the Beacon. Nothing is better than waking up at my own pace and taking Tandra out to the Beacon, getting to have a hot breakfast but not having to cook it. Biscuits and gravy with hot sauce, eggs over-medium with hash browns, toast & jelly, and french toast. Or maybe a 3-egg omelette with mushrooms, cheese, onions and green peppers, and bacon on the side. And always with fresh-squeezed orange juice. Yummm.
Making my vending machine cinnamon roll look pretty sad over here.
So, I spent some time looking around for stuff to do in Vegas yesterday. It's actually kind of difficult to find anything other than typical casino/strip stuff. I'm not really into gambling so we won't spend a lot of time there doing that. I want to check out the casinos and do some photography, and I'm excited to ride the roller coaster on top of the 1100 foot building. Any of you who haven't already responded have any suggestions? Who's been?
Have a good day.
