Done:
- buy new hose clamp for air filter after h4xx0ring the one that came with it (note to self - don't torque it so hard)
- buy elephant dick
- remove radio for wiring access
- remove driver seat for wiring access
- buy cockpit switch for low/high boost
- install and wire the air temp sensor (use loctite)
- run wire from ECU to signal wire so I don't have to have the AFM
- reinstall all the turbo plumbing
- install clutch switch override
- have bung welded to intercooler pipe
- new hose connector for intake has arrived
- aluminum sensor bung has arrived
- install valve cover gasket & valve cover
- install coil pack and plug wires
- put the exhaust back on
- find the exhaust gasket I know is around somewhere
- put driveshaft back on
- re-install rear power plant frame bolts
- get wideband O2 sensor bung welded to downpipe
- install knock sensor
- remove MSD ignition box
- remove auxiliary fuel pressure regulator
- remove old heat shield
- remove old intake
- re-install transmission
- replace clutch and flywheel
- drain and remove transmission
- remove shifter
- replace ECU
- pull up passenger floor panel
- remove passenger seat and disassemble interior
- remove bad coil pack
- remove valve cover and gasket
- remove plug wires
- remove strut brace
- try installing the new intake again
- buy a piece of metal to bend, cut and drill for boost control solenoid bracket
- fab bracket for electronic boost control solenoid
- install, wire and plumb solenoid
- cut switch mounting plate for boost switch
- figure out how the hell to wire the boost switch
- run wires to the knock sensor
- install and wire wideband O2 sensor
- put radio back in
- put driver seat back in
- order lower shifter boot
- replace the turbo's water and oil return hoses
- rewire radiator fans in series
- make sure all sensor wires and the vacuum tube are run from the ECU
- enlarge, file down and seal firewall hole
- install new heat shield
- replace strut brace
- fill transmission with fluid
- change oil and oil filter
- tune ECU
- Start engine, make sure nothing is leaking. Particularly fuel injectors, water hoses at the firewall, fuel lines where AFPR used to be
- put the passenger seat back in and the rest of the interior back together
- wash car
- go zoom
